WPC Wood-plastic composites (WPCs) are composite materials made of wood fiber/wood flour and thermoplastic(s) such as PE, PP, PVC, or PLA.
Chemical additives (fillers and pigments) are added in the composite structure. They provide for integration of polymer and wood flour (powder) while facilitating optimal processing conditions. The WPC mixture is then either extruded or injection moulded depending on the product.

WPC is hard-wearing, waterproof, termite-proof and highly resistant to rot and decay.

WPC Doors

Available as full extruded WPC or wooden frame hollow-core/foam-core door with WPC moulded faces and WPC lipping. The doors are wrapped in hard-wearing, textured PVC film which we can colour match according to customer requirements.
