WPC Doors, Frames and Architraves
WPC Wood-plastic composites (WPCs) are composite materials made of wood fiber/wood flour and thermoplastic(s) such as PE, PP, PVC, or PLA.
Chemical additives (fillers and pigments) are added in the composite structure. They provide for integration of polymer and wood flour (powder) while facilitating optimal processing conditions. The WPC mixture is then either extruded or injection moulded depending on the product.
WPC is hard-wearing, waterproof, termite-proof and highly resistant to rot and decay.
MDF Doors
Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.MDF is generally more dense than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger, and more dense, than particle board.
Fire-Rated Doors
We offer 30 and 60 minute fire-rated doors made to customer dimensions and design. These can be solid wood or steel with foam core, manufactured to UL or BS codes.
